Previously catering exclusively to children from Britain and the Commonwealth, the new image St. Catherine's now teaches pupils from over 30 nationalities. From September 2000 the school will be opening its doors to students aged 14 to 16, when the new IGCSE British national curriculum will be introduced. The school is located on its own site close to the northern Athens suburb of Kifissia and boasts classrooms and laboratories catering to technology, science, arts and sports. The school has a modern library and a soon to be opened multi-purpose hall with basketball and theatre facilities.
